How long do your experiences last?

Our VR experiences typically run between 20-30 minutes per session. Sigiriya VR production runs approximately 10 minutes, and Echoes of Galle runs approximately 20 minutes. Additional time is allocated for equipment fitting and briefing.

What VR equipment do you use?

We use VR headsets with spatial audio. All equipment is sanitised between sessions and our staff will ensure you are comfortable before the experience begins.

Can I wear glasses during the experience?

Yes. Our VR headsets are designed to accommodate most glasses frames. If you have concerns, please contact us ahead of your booking and our team will advise accordingly.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend our experiences for ages 4 and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some content may not be suitable for very young children - please contact us if you have questions.

Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy participate?

We advise individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, serious heart conditions, or motion sensitivity to consult their healthcare provider before participating. Please disclose any relevant health information when booking and speak with our staff on the day.

Are the experiences accessible for people with hearing disabilities?

Yes. Our experiences include visual subtitles and on-screen text throughout. We are committed to making our experiences as accessible as possible and continue to develop additional accessibility features.

What are the access restrictions?

Participants must be in good general health. Due to the nature of VR, we ask that you avoid participation if you are pregnant, have severe motion sickness, or are recovering from recent surgery. Our staff can advise on the day.

What are the safety rules?

Safety briefings are provided before every session. All participants must remain seated or within a designated play area during the experience. Staff are present throughout. Please follow all instructions provided by our team at all times.
